This Privacy Policy describes how Removeforce ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit removeforce.world or use our personal organization coaching services in the United States.

2. Information we collect
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Commercial information: programs purchased, payment status (payment card data is processed by our payment processor, not stored by us).
- Internet activity: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie data when you opt in to analytics or marketing cookies.
- Communications: messages you send through forms, email, or calls.
- Inferences: general preferences you share during coaching (we do not create sensitive profiles).
3. How we use information
- Provide coaching, digital guides, and customer support.
- Process transactions and send confirmations.
- Improve our website and services.
- Send service-related emails and, with consent, marketing messages.
- Comply with law, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases (if you are in the EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (cookies/marketing), and legal obligations. U.S. visitors are primarily covered by U.S. federal and state law below.
5. Sharing of information
We share data with service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing) under contracts that limit their use. We do not sell personal information for money. 6. Retention
Contact records: up to 24 months after last interaction unless you are an active client. Client files: duration of services plus six years for tax and legal purposes. Cookie preferences: until you clear browser storage. Server logs: up to 90 days.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and vendor review. No online system is 100% secure. We will notify you and regulators of breaches when required by law.
8. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Access and receive a copy of your data.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete personal information (subject to exceptions).
- Opt out of sale/sharing for targeted advertising.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive categories as defined by CPRA for unrelated purposes).
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising rights.

9. California Shine the Light
California residents may request information about disclosure of certain categories to third parties for their direct marketing purposes once per year by contacting us at the email above.
10. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our services are directed to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we received such data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
